My Practice
I welcome all individuals and couples who are looking for an integrative and client-centered approach.
What are your specialties?

• LGBTQIAA+ affirming therapy for individuals and couples
• Relationships of any sexual or gender orientation
• Communication enhancement
• Self-esteem development
• Trauma recovery (including religious trauma)
• Combatting depression and anxiety
What is your therapeutic approach?
My approach is highly relational, meaning the relationship as therapist and client is an important part of the work. How my clients relate in therapy reflects how they relate to the world, and our sessions provide a safe, nonjudgmental container to explore those patterns I pride myself on having an eclectic orientation that integrates a mix of traditional and non-traditional modalities.
How do I know if you’re the right therapist for me?
Contact me for a free 20-minute consultation and get to know me a little bit.
How long does each therapy session last?
Typical sessions are 50 minutes and extended sessions are either 75 or 90 minutes.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations and re-scheduled sessions will be subject to a full charge if notice is not received at least 24 hours in advance. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you.
What is the fee for your services?
These rates reflect my full fee:
Couple & Relationship Therapy
50 minutes – $150
75 minutes – $200
Individual Therapy

Do you offer sliding scale rates?
Yes, I do. Sliding scale slots are limited and may be full. Please check in with me if you’re interested in a sliding scale slot or reduced rate. If so, please be prepared to discuss your financial situation.
Do you accept insurance?
No, I do not accept insurance for payment. However, if you’re able to request reimbursement from your insurance provider; inquire with your insurance provider regarding this. I can provide you with a monthly service and fee statement if requested. I cannot bill your insurance carrier directly. Please note insurance providers often require a diagnosis in order to accept a super bill.
Do you provide “Good Faith” estimates?
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
