Is something standing in the way of you living your most authentic life?

A core focus of my work is supporting LGBTQ+ adults in their work to move past any obstacles that are blocking their access to joy and fulfillment. I’ll meet you wherever you are on your journey through the process of exploring and coming into your authentic self.

For clients with LGBTQ+ identities, it is crucial to have a therapist who is an ally and a therapy space where you feel safe and seen. I want to create a space where you can come to understand yourself better and fully integrate all aspects of your identity into your daily life.

Perhaps addressing issues like anxiety isn’t related to your identity, but let’s find out. Many LGBTQ+ individuals have experienced homophobia, transphobia, and misogyny. Shame can become internalized and incredibly toxic. Addressing and healing trauma, building coping skills, and creating a more meaningful life can happen in the context of your identity.

I can help by collaboratively identifying and helping you move through that which gets in the way of you living the life you desire, whether these obstacles be:

– Anxiety
– Depression
– The coming out process
– Family struggles
– Religious trauma
– Low self-esteem
– Social anxiety or isolation
– Substance use
